At Gavin Engineering Services Pvt. Ltd., we strive to provide the best quality robotics products and components. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully:

1. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is not allowed.
To request cancellation, email us at info@gavinengineeringservices.com with your order ID.

2. Refund Policy

We offer refunds only in the following cases:

✔ You received a damaged or defective product
✔ You received a wrong product
✔ The product is not functioning as described

3. Conditions for Refund

To be eligible for a refund:

The product must be in unused condition
Must be returned in original packaging
Return request must be raised within 3 days of delivery

We may ask for:

Unboxing video
Photos of the product

This helps us verify the claim.

4. Items Not Eligible for Refund

❌ Open-source electronics (Arduino, sensors, modules)
❌ Motors, batteries, wires after usage
❌ Products damaged due to customer handling
❌ Customized robotics kits

5. Refund Timeline

Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
