What you'll learn
Home Security System is a practical electronics and smart automation course designed to teach learners how to develop a basic electronic security system using microcontrollers, sensors, alarms, access-control devices and IoT technologies.
The course begins with electronics and Arduino fundamentals and gradually introduces PIR motion sensors, door/window sensors, buzzers, LEDs, keypads, RFID access control and servo-based locking mechanisms. Learners also explore IoT-based monitoring and remote security alerts.
Through hands-on projects, students learn how different security components can be integrated into a single system to detect unauthorized access, activate alarms and control secure entry.
